Issue one has been generated via calling 
pdflatex newsletter_1.tex 
for the pdf. The HTML Version has been created with 
htlatex newsletter_1.tex xhtml -cvalidate -interaction=batchmode

For issue 2+ there will be some changes and at this point there will be
also a README ;)
