More information:
- This happens if Gears for IE/FF-Win32 is *not* installed.
- The error message should be tweaked to be more helpful.
It should be made clear that:
(a) Chrome includes Gears already, and
(b) you CAN install Gears for IE/FF-Win32 from Chrome.
