Yes, I've seen this before.
It's because of the fact that we have to use a DLL to supply a custom
shortcut icon
on WinCE. Windows prompts to allow the DLL to be used for the shortcut
icon, but then
fails to refresh the screen. As soon as you do anything that causes a
screen refresh,
the problem is solved.
This is outside of Gears' control.
