Chromium issue 3796 is actually an issue for Gears. This is an issue in a
0.5.1 interim build, but might exist in earlier versions of Gears as well.

OS: Any
Steps:
1. Run Simplified Chinese Chrome
2. Go to docs.google.com
3. Sign in
4. Enter "Settings" page
5. Change Docs language to any other language
6. "Google Gears" dialog should pop up now
7. Check "I trust this site. Allow it to user Gears"
8. Click "Allow" button
9. Go to "Google Chrome Options" dialog
10. Click "Change Google Gears settings" button
11. Observe
Result:
Simplified Chinese "删除" displayed in two lines.
Expected:
Should be displayed in one line.
Notes:
Happens for all CCJK languages.
