What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install silverlight
2. create a simple (silverlight) xap
3. connect, cache the xap in the localstore
4. go into offline mode
5. (MISSING XAP) :(
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see my silverlight as I do in FF3
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I have a feeling that gears is not intercepting call to XAP in IE7 wheras
it is properly doing so in FF3. I wonder if there is a work around?
