I think the place to start is with the Gmail QA team. Is this a gears thing
or a gmail
thing, very difficult to know on the surface.
I run dogfood caribou gmail and really have no idea what to expect. I was
just running
dogfood caribou on xp/ie7 and vista/ie8 and got the same results out of
both of them. Not
the correct result, but the same result nonetheless. The page did load, but
the left-
hand-side was missing in action. The left-hand-side is not missing in
action on Chrome,
didn't try Firefox.
I was running a gears build for IE with CL 10962252 included. Not sure if
that makes a
difference or not?
