Re-enabling Gears for Gmail reintroduces both problems: "gmail.com" returns
a NSCocoaErrorDomain:404 and
opening an email via google notifier fails to load email and sometimes
takes me to the inbox instead. Please fix.
I confirm that "gmail.com/inbox" works
