So now I can get it to compile without errors, using either "make" or
"make BROWSER=IE MODE=dbg OS=win32" but there is no .MSI output.  When
I just do "make" I do get a .XPI for Firefox.  Is the .MSI option
dead?  The reason I am trying to build from source is just to create a
silent installer, so the .XPI doesn't really help.

Any ideas?
