I have developed the whole application using Gears database on 6.1WM
Professional
Emulator. The project is almost done and Now I am experiencing while
deploying and
testing in Client Mobile. The gears is not supported in few Mobiles even
with
WM5,WM6,WM6.1
example It worked in Acer Mobile with 6.1 Prof , But its not working in HTC
6.1 Prof
The OEM makers are making some changes to the original WM6.1 Prof and
selling them
Is there any other way to have Javascript local database like Gears Sqlite.
We Silverlight for local storage but its not available for Mobile.
I think we have to build our own from the Gears Source code.
