Totally agree with tom.sorgie. I am more and more convinced that this and
the problem
with firefox 3.5 when gears was also delayed are part of the plan to switch
people to
Chrome - and that is just evil - and google promised to do no evil...
You had so many beta versions, release candidates to test and deploy
compatible gears
- this should not have happened...
