I've tried the non-official binary above and faced many issues - not sure
if they are
related or if it is a Gear issue at large. I've had to disable offline
entirely. I've
lost e-mail that I thought had been sent (but hadn't - and no "backup" in
draft or
outbox, simply lost). In other cases, e-mails have been sent without their
attachments. And sometime, the sync would simply not work anymore (had to
disable,
CLEAN THE LOCAL COPY, and re-enable).
Offline Mail is morphed from an uber-cool feature to a total nightmare in a
few
months - I'd advise you to simply disable this feature.
