Still the same message while trying to install gears on Firefox 3.6.3pre
aka Namoroka
in Ubuntu 9.10 x86 i686.
"Google Gears" could not be installed because it is not compatible with
your Namoroka
build type (Linux_x86-gcc3). Please contact the author of this item about
the problem.
I tried editing install.rdf in xpi package as suggested in
http://code.google.com/p/gears/issues/detail?id=975
Install went as expected after the edit. Now i'm going to post this and
restart Firefox.
Does anyone care to fix this bug?
