I found a bug.

Coles Notes: Basically the bug is that a pop up appears indicating the
browser cannot connect after a history clear, although the stored page
loads up just fine.

Here is how to replicate it:

1. Go to the Gears ManagedStore Sample application on your Windows
Mobile Enabled device (WM 6.1 in my case)
2. Create the ManagedStore by clicking the "Create Managed Store".
3. A Mangged Store is created, hit refresh to serve up the stored
page.
4. Clear ur history then close the browser, disconnect your wifi or
whatever was providing the internet connection
5. Go the sample ManagedStore url, the page will load, however a pop
up indicating "Cannot Connect" with a message indicating the browser
cannot connect. If you hit dismiss, you will see the stored page is
displayed just fine.

Can this be resolved? I really don't want users to see this pop up
thinking they cannot access the page offline.
