[gears-users] What do you have against gears for Linux on amd64 platforms?

This is october/2008 and we don't have amd64 support for linux users.
Transparent deployment of XPI for Firefox3 is key to success of gears
adoption. I can't understand this lack of interest on Linux users on
amd64. Remember that this is causing lot of developers delaying
projects using Google gears.
