Hi Vladmir; I wrote Dojo Offline so should be able to help you. One thing; are you running a local webserver and hitting things through that? I bundle a simple Java-based webserver that you can use to quickly test the Moxie demo. Running it is detailed here:

I'm certain this is either an issue in how your local configuration is setup or a bug in Dojo Offline, rather than in Gears.
