[gears-users] createShortcut fails on Chinese in name

[Cloudream]

var desktop = google.gears.factory.create("beta.desktop");

desktop.createShortcut(
"Falis here", //!!

"Chinese in description is OK"
);

When I try to call createShortcut with Chinese in name, it fails.
