Every now and then (and it happens more frequently in Firefox, but also occurs in Google Chrome as well), the caching sequence will stop and the callback won't be made (and it won't continue caching files).
I'm really not sure what's causing this, but my code can be found at http://pastebin.com/d9003a5. As you can see, I'm caching a lot of files. I'd be using the managed resource store, but that doesn't have any kind of progress feedback from what I've seen in the examples (it calls the callback when it's completed).
