For people that have problems nobody has a solution for. Is it that hard? In my opinion your web tools and webinstallers are a bit over the top, as you can not expect every computer to be the same.
Well cant you at least provide a simple redistributable setup.exe without any webdownloader/installer behind it? For those people that have other computers then you expect them to be? I can not use Google Earth nor Google Gears due to unresolved problems with your downloader tools
