Actually I already poasted on the other topic "From App Engine
Datastore to Gears Database".

This is not so detailed but I don't have time right now. I'll try to
give somme more details later. Have a look at this first...
I tried to concentrate on the fact that some users may use Gears and
other would'nt and then change data directly on the server. I must say
that multiple users offline are still a problem for me.

The solution given before is also a better whay than mine to do it but
I am working for an international company and timestamps may become a
problem...
