[gears-users] error msg incompatible because of add ons...

The add ons listed I cannot fnd by following instructions...going to
tools, manage add ons and finding them in that list; they are not
listed there.  The add ons are Yhaoo tool bar and tool bar helper
which are not there and the other one is http professional broweser
extention for firefox.  These are not there.  My email off line does
not work. What else should I try?  I am not very computer savvy, just
basic.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.
