Hi, After I installed the Gears update (0.5.16) in Safari (4 beta), offline access for gmail was disabled. When I tried to re-enable it, Gears told me that Gmail did not have permission to access Gears even though Gmail was listed as an "allowed" site in the Gears settings.
I removed all the entries for allowed and blocked sites in the Gears setting panel, and then attempted to re-enable offline access in Gmail. When prompted, I told Gears to allow gmail access, and then received the same error message about Gmail not having permission. What is going on? Thanks, -James
