[gears-users] Gears uninstall

I recently installed Google Chrome. I had never heard of Gears and
would like to uninstall this feature. I am using XP and Google Gears
is not listed in the add/remove section of the Control Panel. I did
see something that said I had to uninstall Chrome if I want to
eliminate Gears. Is there a way for me to keep Chrome without Gears?
