I tried with Firefox 3.0 and 3.5.3, both running on a PowerMac Quad G5 with Mac OS X 10.5.8. All add-ons disabled to rule out conflicts. Should be fine according to system requirements:
Gears works on the following browsers: * Apple Mac OS X (10.4 or higher, G4, G5 or Intel Processor) * Firefox 1.5 or higher http://code.google.com/apis/gears/gears_faq.html#supportedSystems But when I visit http://gears.google.com/ I get: - FF 3: light blue box saying "Your browser is not supported". - FF 3.5.3: right screen half where that blue box is supposed to be, is entirely blank. - Safari 4: (for comparison) "Gears is installed. Current version: 0.5.36.0" How can I make it work?
