There's a few possibilities here.
First, it looks like this is a free mail server. Unfortunately, I
don't read Russian (it is Russian, yes?) so I can't create an email
account. Is it possible for you to create one for me and send the
details to [email protected]? That would be the easiest way for me to see
what the problem is.
If not, please run Geary like this from the console:
$ geary --debug --log-network > geary.log
After exiting Geary, send the file to [email protected]. Note that it
may contain sensitive information. Please replace those strings with
"XXXX" before sending.

The funny thing is that I am able to sent emails from this account.
So I assume that smtp part works. Finally, the settings work fine in
Evolution.
