If you're referring to the feature that can generate a Java test stub (JUnit, etc.) for a specific method or class, then I don't think so. But that applies to standard WebDriver and Protractor as well as Geb.
I don't really see how it could be done. It's one thing to generate a test stub given a specific method or class. But Geb runs functional tests at the UI level, so there's really no way for IDEA to "know" what nothing to generate a test stub "from".
