No, there is no such matrix. I'm sure that Geb works with Selenium 2.52.0 (the version currently used to build and test Geb, https://github.com/geb/geb/blob/master/geb.gradle#L38) as well as 3.4.0 (the version currently used by geb-example-gradle project, https://github.com/geb/geb-example-gradle/blob/master/build.gradle#L10).
I'm also expecting Geb to work with all the versions in between the two I mentioned as well as many versions before that because I do not remember making any changes triggered by incompatibilities or changes in Selenium in ages - Geb 0.9.1, for example, used Selenium 2.26.0, https://github.com/geb/geb/blob/336d92b084d5e79fb4859196703adcf6d77135af/geb.gradle#L31 .
