Min of meer. Een kruisverwijzing is een arbitraire (vrij in te vullen)
verwijzing. Ik wil de hoofdstuknaam in de verwijzing.

...
2. Dit is een ander hoofstuk
Blah Blah. Zie ook hoofdstuk '[verwijzing invoegen -> h1 ->
Hoofdstuk]' op pagina [verwijzing invoegen -> h1 -> pagina].
Het paginanummer komt wel over, maar de hoofdstuknaam niet.
