Heteronotia binoei. A terrestrial, habitat generalist from nearly the
entire sub-continent of Australia. The only true terrestrial (genus) from
the sub-family Gekkonidae in Australia. Further peculiar, because the
species occurs in both
diploid (sexual) and triploid (parthenogenic) forms.
