Hi Becky,

I wonder what supplement they are using. I would guess that they are not using
Mineral with D3 or a 50/50 mix of RepCal with D3 and Herptivite. These are the
only two supplements I know of in the USA that most breeders use for geckos.
Other supplements have the wrong amounts of vitamins that you don't want, such as
vitamin A - most other supplements have too much. This, said simplistically, can
lead to metabolic disorders. The supplements that most people use, above, are
well proven and highly recommended. I have 300+ geckos, 60 odd species, and none
turns up their nose at these tried and true supplements.
