Hello, I just finished browsing Nussbaum and Raxworthy's new paper, "Systematic revision of the genus Paroedura Gunther (Reptilia:Squamata:Gekkonidae), with the description of five new species" and thought I'd pass on a few things of interest. First, the description of five, count 'em five, new species: P. maingoka P. karstophila P. tanjaka P. vahiny P. vazimba Second, it contains a current key to the genus. Third, P. guibeae is placed in synonomy with P. bastardi. Finally, the correction of two specific names so they are in agreement with the gender of the genus. So P. homalorhinus becomes P. homalorhina and P. pictus becomes P. picta.
