encourage more GGA listserve folks to follow your lead in 2001. Now GGA even
has a Message Archive thanks to Greg C. :>))
If your Acrobat Reader IS the source of your downloading difficulties, this
attachment won't help much, but perhaps it might help others download their
copies! HOWEVER, I have a paper copy of the current version awaiting you and
