Hi-
I once had a similar experience with one of my first hatchling P. guimbeaui.
Apparently, it had walked through some baby food. It walked over to the side 
of the tank, where I found it dead and stuck to the glass by all fours. Man I 
was bummin.
Very faintly, I could see the tracks back to an eraser sized dollup of 
babyfood.
That really had negative pressure.
