Is there a good way to keep track of which hatchlings are which, besides taking
ultimate precautions mot to mix them up?
I'm trying to figure out a way to keep my leopard hatchlings straight, so I
can't possibly confuse them. I have separate tanks ready for when they start
hatching. There'll be labels on each with colour morph, parents and incubation
temp. So far I've always managed to keep the hatchling straight, and everyone
here has been threatened with a premature eviction notice if they mix them up.
Since I'm expecting more this year than before, I'm wondering if there's a more
fool proof way of keeping them straight. It won't be any trouble telling
albinos from the others, but tangerine and a het for something hatchling would
look quite a bit alike that maybe a marking system would be in order. Is there
such a thing as gecko safe marker to temporarily mark them?
Thanks for any ideas.
