Hi Pablo,
Although I have not kept Gekko grossmani, I do have limited experience with
Gekko gecko (had one male for about 25 years).

1) Eggs that are "glued" to the terrarium glass or some other object like a
branch or rock should be left alone. An exception would be if you could
move the branch or rock into an incubator. Sometimes if the egg is glued to
the glass you can tape a cup over it to protect it or increase the humidity
but there should be a small hole to allow for air exchange.

2) Temps would be better for the egg if it were in the warmer part of your
setup (80F). I would think that your humidity may be adequate.

3) Sometimes a gecko's first egg(s) is a single but often it will turn out
to be infertile. From your description, it may be that yours is infertile.
It's not clear how many females are in the terrarium but once a female has
laid her egg(s) it will be some time (at least 3 - 5 weeks) before she lays
more.

4) Regarding special care, you are correct. Always keep an eye on your
females to detect any health problems brought on by the stress of breeding
and egg-laying.

Sorry I can't provide more specific info. Good luck.
