I wouldn't recommend using neosporin or peroxide around the 
mouth area. If you are unable to get the vet till Tuesday, I would 
suggest getting retail mouth rot medicine. I think T-Rex has some 
in their reptile care selection, found in most petstores with a good 
reptile section. I'm not sure what its called, but it will suffice till you 
can get to the vet and he can prescribe/provide prescription dosage 
of the proper medicine.

It sounds like you caught it early, and should be on to a quick 
recovery once you've visited the vet.
