Hy,
Thanks a lot for all your comments, I do also believe that incubation is
probably similar to that of G.oceanica. But does anybody incubated G.oceanica
before?

Of great interest were the comments for the comparison of G.oceanica and
G.baliola, let me add one feature; according to King/horner 1989 G.baliola
differs from G.oceanica and membranacruralis (the other two Gehyras of similar
size)in showing divided subdigital apical lamellea under the forth toe (as do
mine), whereas oceanica, vorax/marginata and membranacruralis all have undivided
lamellae, which should make the differentation somewhat easier than that of
G.oceanica and G.membranacruralis.
What surprises me, is the fact that obviously some G.baliola are in the
Pet-trade at all, as to my understanding Australian or Papuan species are not,
or only in very limited numbers imported, I already did argue wether G.baliola
occurs also on Indonesian (Irian-Jaya) territory? Has anybody any other
explanation for this?
Thanks
Frank H.
