I'm curious... you keep saying Hovabators "run away" on the hot side.
While I've never heard of anyone having this problem, I'm sure there
have been some failures. Probably some high end incubators have failed
at some time or another, too. There have been quite a few listers supply
testimonials to Hovabators effectiveness. Certainly, they may get too
hot during the summer when the ambient temps get too warm, and I've lost
eggs to that, but my thermal wafer incubator (not the Hovabator brand)
has served me well for 5 years! Anyone that requires exact temps and the
ability to both heat and cool to maintain temps should certainly be
investigating Helix, but it seems to me that it's overkill for most
hobbyists.

So, why are you so down on Hovabators? Did one fail on you once?
