I don't think they are rare, they are pretty common in the pet trade.

At one Frog Day I was at this gentleman came in with a G.ulikovskii. He was sure
he had a rare albino P. laticauda, I had the (giggle) duty to inform him that he
indeed did not have an albino P. laticauda!
