I dont think common is what people are suggesting, just something that will
do well for you. I have had very spotty success with Cyrtodactylus or
various species. I really wouldnt recommend them with out reservation.
There are quite a few smaller species that would thrive under the care your
offering. As for the full spectrum. Most nocturnal geckos dont need these
bulbs. I use them on all diurnal species though. You might enjoy some
terrestrial geckos. some of the Coleonyx are really attractive, easy to
keep and very reasonably priced. Teratoscinus do very well also and are
amazing to watch.
