<< BTW, how DO you find someone to look after all those critters while
you're off to exotic habitats for a month or so?>>
That's a hitch for many people. I have a friend here locally who has been
at it longer than I have. We hit it off years ago (1982), and he actually
keeps a few of several of my species - basically no strings attached. He
knows how to care for the species by my helping him, and his experience.
He's lucky - retired at 50, and more time on his hands - then a hand on
his time. Someone like this is a MUST for anyone keeping a good number of
gex. I'm sure that most other members on the list would agree? I'm also
interested to read what other people on this list do, even if they are away
for only a week at a time.
