at one time i was breeding splendens and i started setting them up in sweater
boxes
that was a big mistake :(
prior to putting them in sweater boxes i set up alot of my trios in 2 .1/2
gal cages
with screen tops and they were fine ,- hence the clean air act :):):)
what i did to remedy the situation was the use of a product called turtle eye
clear by
tera terafauna which i put in their drinking water and given to them oraly an
put some drops on their eyes and let it soak there for a few and then with a
cotton q.tip
take out the )(*(&^*
my set up was simple for these animals
straight up white no print bounty paper towels for substrate
pieces of cork bark
water dish
a humid hide nesting box
this worked for me
