Neosporin
makes an eye antiobiotic ointment that works well with geckos, you should be
able to get it from any vet.

Julie,

As you know, on 4/9/01 I took three Pachydactylus tigrinus to a veterinary
ophthalmologist.  Two of the three had the beginnings of "cloudy eyes"...one
eye affected in each.  This vet told me that a relatively impermeable
"spectacle" similar to a contact lens covers the cornea in geckos...so did
not recommend that special Neosporin eye ointment.  Does that info about
gecko eye structure coincide with what you know?

Hi Elizabeth,

If it is not a simple eye infection it is well beyond my knowledge. What did the vet say about this? What is your treatment plan? Possible causes?
