Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

As a breeder of geckos I am directly affected by your recent new
position on shipping crickets and other types of warm/cold blooded
animals. Russ Bassett, the customer whose crickets you refused to ship
because another customer had crickets get loose in one of your flights,
and I have spoken personally about this. I would hate to think that you
would decide on such a ban on the basis of an isolated incident. Unruly
passengers are also a serious problem on flights these days and I am
sure you deal with these people on a case by case basis. After all,
there is no ban on passengers as a result of the actions of a few "bad
apples."

I hope you can resolve your issues with critter shipping because there
are good business people in my business who want to utilize your
services.
