This is a very sick gecko. The back flipping could mean it is too late, that is
not a good sign. Could be hypocalcemia, a lack of calcium that causes weakness
and spasms called "calcium tentany." There were tons of Viper geckos, Teratolepis
fasciata, a couple years ago until folks overbred the females (easy to do) and
did not supplement the females properly with calcium.

I suggest you get some Neocalglucon (liquid sucrose and calcium) from the local
drugstore. It is very expensive, ask if you can get a small quantity. Put a
couple drops on her nose, make sure it gets down her throat if she does not lick,
and see if that will work. I would suggest you get this gecko to a non-domestic
vet quickly if that does not help within a day or two. In the meanwhile, if you
have a calcium supplement, make it available to her in a shallow dish.

What is your supplementation regimen?
