Yes, it's a simple Mendelian recessive.

Since the two genes are independent, you get 100% normals in the first
generation.  Animals that are recessive for both traits look like blizzards
with red eyes.  They are called 'blazing blizzards' I think.

As above, you get 100% normals in the first generation.  I don't know
what double recessive for these two traits looks like, but I would guess
that they look like blizzards.

Btw, 'leucistic' is now called 'patternless'.  A true leucistic mutant is
one in which the pigment cells don't migrate into the skin from the neural 
crest in the early embryo.  These animals often have other abnormalities 
in the peripheral nervous system.  This was first worked out in axolotls, 
and there are some true leucistic snakes.  I don't know if there are any 
true leucistic mutants known in geckos or other lizards.

Does anyone here know the genetics of 'pastel' in leopard geckos?  Is it
a single gene trait?
