There is the possibility of a another distinct population occurring on the
Indonesian island of Sunana in the Moluccan Sea.I have acquired a male from
Bushmaster Reptiles that is nothing like any of the other felinus I have. This
male is from a known Bornean locality(per Kamuran)and is unique in its
coloration and pattern, and also the disproportional size of its head compared
to its Thailand/Malaysian relatives.Whether these differences are solely
attributed to this gecko individually,or by locality/geographically remains
to be seen.Kamuran did mention the infrequent availabilty of these geckos
from where this particular individual came from. Also stated that it had been
several years between collections, where as the Malaysian/Thailand are more
frequently available.       marcus
