Folks,
I have been hatching out a fair number of henkeli, and am expecting more
in the next few months. I had understood that a male would have a
stripe down the back, and a female would not. My question is, is it
actually not a stripe, but a crease? My adult females and have creases
behind the head and at joining the back to the base of the tale, as
opposed to the males, which have a crease from head to tail. So, is
this the same for hatchlings?
