I'm really pressed for time at the moment, but in a nutshell:

Size: 15 to 30 gallon vivaria, well planted, naturalistic.
Temp: Summer 65-72 (night) 74-76 (day); winter 55-62 (night), 72-74 (day)
Feeding is every second day, 3-4 insects per animal. Juveniles are 
fed 6-10 small insects.
Yes, fairly hardy if keep at proper temps with regular misting. Avoid 
saturated substrates,
vivaria should dry between mistings.
I use weak full spectrum lighting (vitalites).
