Hi everyone,
I was in a small terrorist bombing in Moscow last year
in which 7 people died, and seeing the shocking damage
and suffering from that small event, I can't even
comprehend this attack. After that bombing I realized
the suffering and indiscriminate cruelty of terrorism
is completely unjustified, regardless of the reasons.
As an American I am very angry and I almost feel that
we should fight war on the Taliban. But I realize
this would involve much more suffering, and the
Afghani people have suffered so much already - their
government has done more harm to them more than it has
done to us.
I hope that the situation is resolved peacefully and
without the suffering of too many other innocent
people, but that those responsible are brought to
justice (and not martyred).
My sympathies to all of you in NYC and all those who
have friends and family affected by this tragedy,
