Yes you are right, photos posted to the list should be well under 50 Kb. We
have to remember that posts are going out to hundreds of people, many of
them do not have high speed connections. Another option for those who want
to show off large high-quality photos is to store them on a local server and
add a link in the message to them. Or consider donating the pics for the GGA
Photo page if it is a species that is not already represented.
